Founded in 2002, LEVEL5 is headquartered in Atlanta, with regional offices in Raleigh and the Salt Lake City area, which allows us to oversee projects, with dedicated Project Managers, Estimators, Coordinators and on-site Superintendents 24/7.

Strategy

Our Site Selection services help you find the land or building that best suits your needs. We act as a Developer, not a Broker, which means we act upon your strategy, informed by data.
Design
Our Design phase integrates several methodical stages where your brand and vision begin to materialize by way of floor plans, renderings, elevations, all developed with your input. Your Branch, Headquarters Building or Operations Center will be designed by retail banking experts who translate your goals into reality.
Build
On time and on budget, every time. Our Build services integrate directly with Design, for the best project execution in the industry. While we are a national Design-Build firm and General Contractor, we hire local subcontractors on all jobs, which are overseen by our 24/7 on-site Superintendents.
